Welcome to my salon experience! My name is Josie Negley, I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2018. I specialize in hair extensions and blonding. I am certified in the JZ original and unseen method. I have done many hair competitions including placing top 10 in the licensed to create awards and won the National Skills USA cosmetology competition in 2019.
