Taylor Kelly

Hi. I’m Taylor Kelly, and doing Hair is my passion. I graduated from Paul Mitchell School of Tampa in 2016. In addition to my hair license, I have two makeup certifications. I am also certified in Tape-in Hair Extensions, Beaded Weft Extensions, as well as Keratin Treatments. I specialize in Highlights/ Balayage, Color and precision haircuts.

I love being a part of weddings, proms and special events for up-do styling, curls and makeup.
